COFFEES

We roast three types of beans. They are Columbian, Kenya AA, and STTS.

The Columbian and Kenya AA are known as single origin beans because they each come from a single country. The STTS is a blend of beans from different countries.

100% Columbian

Columbian beans provide a full-bodied cup of coffee. You taste dark chocolate overtones with a buttery texture and a sweet balanced acidity (acidity is good). We can roast the Columbian beans medium or dark.



Kenya AA

The "AA" grade means these beans are the highest grade of Kenyan coffee. Kenya AA provides a medium strength flavor and an amazingly smooth finish.



STTS -- Smoother Than The Smoothest (Espresso)

STTS is clean, bold, smooth, and our most popular espresso blend. It's a blend of five beans. You won't have a bitter aftertaste, so it's great in both hot and iced drinks.
